twentyAI’s Compliance function are a team of specialist consultants covering Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance mandates, both permanent and temporary, across Financial Services, Technology and Energy.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive controls improvement across all business areas covering identification of potential issues and rolling out solutions
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure that processes are operating in line with Enterprise Risk Frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Develop awareness of risk issues across the business and enhance the risk awareness culture of the business
- Run periodic reviews (RCSAs, ICARA) with key stakeholders and drive independent reviews and challenges
- Run root cause analysis to identify gaps in controls and emerging risks
- Build and develop strong working relationships with leaders across the business to provide support and advice on risk matters
- Financial Services experience in risk
- Proven track record of delivering RCSAs, coordinating ICARA process and running risk assessments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A sound understanding of risk principles in line with their application to an Operations environment
