Agile Program Manager - Contract (Inside IR35) - London/Hybrid

 

My client, a leading Financial Services institution are looking for an experienced Agile Program Manager with a passion for delivering large-scale transformation in financial markets. It is an initial 6 month contract with potential extension. 

 

They are looking for a strategic programme leader to drive the delivery of complex technology and product initiatives across multiple Agile teams. You would be working very closely with Product, Engineering and Operations, playing a key role in shaping and delivering programmes that create real business value.

 

We're looking for someone with:
? 5+ years' experience in financial markets, asset management, trading or financial data products
? Proven experience leading large-scale Agile transformation programmes as a Programme Manager
? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
? Expertise in Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery methodologies
? A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

? A technical understanding/background would be highly beneficial but not a must for this role
