About the role: 

We are looking NetSuite Consultants to join our growing company.  We have multiple positions open for new team members at different skill levels (junior, senior, architect). Candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on NetSuite experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your day will consist of:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of customer issues to determine causes and develop solutions
  • Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, data migration, training
  • Communicate directly with clients on status of issues, account management, and escalation handling
  • Collaborate with technical team members to help guide development of customized NetSuite solutions.
  • Actively establish relationships within all levels of the client organization.
  • Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with clients and team members.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure the correct solutions are being proposed and the project remains on time and within budget.
  • Keeping informed of the latest technologies via research and development in order to advise team members and customers

Qualifications

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • Great interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with individuals and teams
  • Can think both analytically to understand an issue, and creatively to design the best solution for the client
  • NetSuite – hands-on experience as a power user or consultant (1 year minimum)
  • Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint or equivalent
  • Advanced level of English

Bonus points for:

  • NetSuite Certifications a plus
  • JavaScript programming experience a plus
