Description

Are you an aspiring UX Researcher looking for exposure to high-impact projects?  Twenty is partnering with a leading investment bank in New York City to identify a contract Junior UX Researcher. The ideal person for this opportunity will have one or more years of experience partnering with UX Research teams within a corporate environment. This team member will be responsible for research recruitment, panel management, analyzing results, building presentations and usability testing. This contract opportunity is slated for 12 months with the potential to extend or go contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist UX Researchers with qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Recruit users for studies, manage the panel, write research scripts, take notes during sessions, analyze data from research, and build reports
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, and Technology to define research criteria and questions, determine appropriate methods, and help communicate results
  • Assist with UX workshops cross-departmentally
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working within a corporate or enterprise level UX team
  • A portfolio which showcases experience within research
  • Ability to recruit users for research studies
  • Experience with implementing research (usability studies, ethnography, interviews, A/B testing, survey design)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field a plus
  • Familiarity in an Agile environment as well as experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD
