We are looking for a few IT Operation Analysts to provide 1st and 2nd line support for a large trading house. 

Daily responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support
- Manage between 50-100 tickets daily
- Escalation of incidents

Candidate Profile / Key Skills
- Fully computer literate – able to use a computer and understand basic computer terminology.
- Knowledge of alerting/monitoring tools BMC Truesight and ITO HP
- Knowledge BMC Remedy and (or)Service Now
- Knowledge of BMC Control M (Batch scheduling)
- Raise clear/concise tickets for issues
- Follow detailed procedures
- Fault diagnosis and triage
- Work as part of a team
- Higher level education
