The Role

A leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair are currently looking for a Senior IT Finance Systems Manager to join their business on a permanent, full-time basis to join the leadership team with oversight of the Finance Operations & Data function to take ownership of the change agenda within the function. This will involve supporting the Finance IT Strategy through advising and consulting on processes to overhaul legacy systems and support & contribute to the evolution of the application architecture within finance.

You will ultimately own all transformation work within Finance IT, ensuring implementation and transition to production to the Technology teams for production support.

Key Skills

  • Strong technical background, capable of contributing to design of, as well as execution of, Finance IT strategy
  • Experience ideally with multiple Finance systems, including Dynamics & Workday Financials
  • Number of years working very closely to Finance team and can support the team on functional implementation and functional design as well as technical elements
  • Team management experience essential
  • Have overseen numerous transformations of IT Finance systems and worked on multi-year implementation & integration projects ideally within Private Equity or other Investment businesses
