Job Summary: TwentyAI has partnered with a fast-growing, PE-backed managed services company building out a brand-new enterprise partnerships channel. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys strategic sales, complex deal cycles, and building something from the ground up.

The role focuses on developing relationships with large enterprise organizations and strategic partners while helping shape the long-term growth strategy for the business.
 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a strategy targeting enterprise partnership channels and multi-site organizations

  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across operations, procurement, and facilities teams

  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close

  • Create strategic partnerships that drive long-term pipeline and revenue growth

  • Work cross-functionally to support successful onboarding and client expansion

  • Help build scalable processes and structure as the channel grow
     

Role Requirements:

  • Experience working with or selling into IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) and/or GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) companies is highly preferred

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships experience

  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles

  • Experience selling into enterprise or multi-location organizations

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-stage environment

  • Experience working with operational, procurement, or facilities-related buyers is a plus
