Enterprise Account Executive – Web3 & Fintech

Location: Remote (London-based)

Compensation: Up to £110,000 base | £160,000–£200,000 OTE | Equity Included

Employment Type: Full-time

A high-growth, VC-backed Web3 infrastructure company is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is a strategic role focused on outbound sales of cutting-edge API and chain integration products to mid-market and enterprise clients across the fintech and blockchain space.

Working closely with the founders, product, and business development teams, this role offers significant influence on go-to-market strategy, sales process design, and high-value client acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals
  • Generate and qualify leads across crypto-native and traditional fintech verticals
  • Drive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, founder networks, and industry events
  • Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions using advanced API/data products
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to inform roadmap development
  • Maintain clear revenue forecasting and deal tracking
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships


About You:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in blockchain, SaaS, API, or developer-focused tools
  • Proven ability to close £65K+ ACV deals with over £800K total revenue booked
  • Comfortable running an end-to-end sales cycle independently
  • Familiar with cold outreach strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong grasp of API products, developer personas, and technical sales cycles
  • Deep interest and understanding of Web3, crypto wallets, smart contracts, and blockchain fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset
  • Able to work at least 4–6 hours overlapping with GMT time zone
