Engineering Manager – Platform Engineering - $140,000-$180,000 base – New York, NY       

 

Our client, a cutting edge innovation lab within an industry leading HR provider, is looking to add a talented Engineering Manager to manage the growth of an innovative technical product. The Manager will join an exciting and talented team known for producing top engineers.

 

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Working alongside a cross-functional team of company leaders to roadmap future endeavors and innovation 
  • Take ownership over a growing product and the future leaders that you will manage
  • Implement stellar organizational skills to complete a number of projects in a timely fashion

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Substantial experience managing an engineering team
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for building highly technical products
