Description
This person will be responsible for leading a team of experienced consultants on engagements across a variety of Healthcare & Lifesciences clients. They will additionally be responsible for all client interaction, along with bringing on new business, increasing revenue and growing their own team.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 8+ years of experience working within healthcare, consulting or healthcare financial services
- A degree within Accounting, Finance or a healthcare related field
- Professional certification preferred
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- A strong business acumen to generate demand and bring on new clients
- Metric / KPI analysis to measure and create a strategy centered around Data
- Hire and train new team members
