What makes a perfect candidate:

10+ years relevant working experience managing large teams, complex software projects, and working directly with senior business leaders
Proven track record maintaining, refactoring and enhancing legacy software while remaining a forward thinker and introducing new products and technologies using open source and vendor frameworks
Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver complicated projects on-time and under budget
Impeccable interpersonal skills enabling cross departmental collaboration, ability to balance and merge the desires of the technical and business teams to achieve company-wide objectives
