Let’s face it, Real Estate Technology is really cool and is ripe for disruption. If you agree, it might be worth reading on, especially as this is a fully remote opportunity.

I’m recruiting multiple developers for a company with $14B under assets, have a more traditional business for the stability but with an innovations function for new products for that startup feel without any of the risk.

They design, prototype, and roll-out IoT devices and smart home tech, consumer buying programs similar to Zillow but also have a one stop shop renovations service, selling state of the art, remodeled homes just like you’d find on HGTV.

This opportunity is fully remote, bonus is paid at 20% and is guaranteed (even during the pandemic they still paid this out in full), and are now ready for explosive growth.

Role Overview:

This is a full stack role, 70% back end, 30% front end and their tech stack is:

  • Node.js
  • .Net CORE
  • React

You can be either heavier in .Net or Node.

There are leadership aspects of this role also (code reviews and analysis, architecture meetings, tasks delegation, determining priorities, etc) and they have an inclination towards working with latest technologies/patterns and reading about them

They have outstanding benefits, a $160k base plus an annual 20% guaranteed bonus totaling $192,000 plus benefits.
