Description
twentyAI are partnered with a Private Equity Backed-investment service provider. The business has operations globally and is scaling at pace due to organic growth and its high-profile acquisitions.
The business is looking for a commercial FP&A consultant based in Dublin to support its FP&A team on an initially interim basis to help with a range of commercial activities in their Dublin-based FP&A team.
There will be product / sales analysis for a specific category of product, with elements of cost analysis owing to the large headcount cost base. In several countries, this product is the only one offered by the business, and as such, the consultant will assume what is essentially a business partnering role to these countries.
The business likes individuals who can operate autonomously. They are a fast-paced company who need people that are willing to get stuck in and take the initiative. They don’t need people that need to be told what to do every step of the way, but rather someone who can proactively solve problems before being asked to. The business is in the midst of largescale transformation, and someone who’s experience lies predominantly in larger PLC environments may struggle with the fast-paced nature of this environment.
Initially they are looking to engage a consultant on an interim basis, pending signoff for a permanent hire down the line. They need someone who is available immediately.

Role Responsibilities:
- Perform product / sales analysis on specific product classes, assisting in the product revenues and cost to service analysis.
- Working in essentially a business partnering role to countries whose product offering is comprised exclusively of the products under the consultant’s remit.
- Analyse time billing component and utilisation rates in the headcount cost.
- Production of details MI to be presented back to senior leadership.
- Get involved in transformation / change projects involving new systems and use of new tools (such as PowerBI).
- Business partnering with local teams and wider group for board packs and MI creation.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
- Financial services experience is highly desirable.
- Must be very comfortable in Excel.
- Must be available within four weeks.
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
