A Global Real Estate Fund who pride themselves on their ambition, creativity and opportunity are currently looking for an outgoing, bright individual to join them as a Assistant Fund Controller.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Loan Asset Management and Portfolio Management teams to ensure borrower compliance 
• Oversee the financial operations for a large real estate portfolio, work with third party service providers and ensure account consolidation into the fund is timely and accurate
• Assist with the preparing accounting, consolidation and reporting process for the firm's debt funds
• Be involved with the loan agency function with responsibilities including compliance testing, preparing interest payment statements

Requirements

• Be a Part Qualified Accountant or have 3 - 5 years of practical, management accounting experience
• Ideally be experienced in Fund and Property accounting. However, having both is not necessary
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Have the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
