Description
Agile Coach and CSM - Consulting - Houston, TX - to $200/HR
Houston-based energy supermajor is seeking to hire experienced Agile Coaches at multiple levels (please note: there are a number of positions available).
They are looking to bring on skilled project managers who have hands-on experience in building and mentoring high-performance teams in complex, rapidly changing environments.
The successful applicants will have advanced technical acumen, a scrum alliance CST/CSC qualification and strong SDLC knowledge along with:
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven conflict resolution experience
Advanced understanding of project management
DevOps a plus
Hiring at all levels, from 3-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years onwards
Including the above certifications, a combination of the following certifications is highly preferred: PMI-PMP / PMI-ACP / CSP / CSPO / SAFe / LeSS.
