Activity Coordinator – Financial Services – London

Job Description

You will be joining the newly created Activity Team where you will be responsible for coordinating new activity requests, such as new business or products. This will require close liaison with Global Front Office and Business Management functions in order to enhance the overall delivery and control of projects.


Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Compile reporting on activity for Senior Management
  • Ad Hoc involvement with other Change projects
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Global Senior Management
  • Strong facilitative/coordination skills
  • Good Cross-Product knowledge – experience from product control, risk or operations positions would be preferable
  • Excellent Powerpoint, Planview, MS Project and MS Office skills.
