We are now looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. 

The Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst is primarily responsible for the global sales ledger, covering the UK, Europe, and US, in the timely invoicing and collection of debt from our client base, along with accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing payments and ensuring funds and accounts are reconciled, allocated and managed appropriately.

This is a key role within the Finance department and performance will influence numerous aspects of the business, including commission payments, company cash flow and working capital. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure and experience across other areas of Finance too including management accounts, accounts payable and payroll.

Duties to include:

• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting, and recording accounts receivables and payables data
• Prepare and send sales invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring that all billing information is complete and accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers along with all reporting and analysis on aged debtors, creditors, DSO, DPO and age profiling
• Clearing debit balances from the ledgers and deal with unallocated payments and overpayments
• Analysing, reconciling, and investigating client and supplier records in preparation for reporting
