Description

A prestigious Investment Manager is seeking an experienced 1.5LOD AML professional to help maintain and enhance their strong Due Diligence culture.

Role Responsibilities
  • Complete assessments on escalated referrals for new clients
  • Investigate high risk clients and suspicious activity
  • Manage and enhance the PEP tracker process
  • Conduct Sanctions, Adverse Media and PEP reviews
  • Run Transaction Reporting on suspicious cases
  • Conduct MI and reporting, escalating to senior management where appropriate
  • Conduct periodic reviews on high risk files

Role Requirements
  • Previous AML experience, preferably within Asset Management
  • Proven track record of an investigational approach to Due Diligence with high risk clients
  • Confident and knowledgeable of PEPs, Sanctions and Adverse Media checks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail, can analyse data and spot trends/inconsistencies
  • Ability to work alone under minimal guidance
  • Proficient in excel and Microsoft applications.
