Lottie is a Principal Consultant at twentyAI, where she leads the IT, Technology and Change vertical within the Alternative Investments team.

She plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s presence across Alternative Investments, working closely with clients to support their growth and transformation agendas. She is focused on driving the expansion of this area, building client relationships and partnering with investment firms to scale high-performing tech and change teams.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University, Lottie began her career in recruitment, where she developed strong expertise in business development across the Alternatives space. This has given her a deep understanding of the evolving demands and strategic importance of technology within the sector.

Outside of work, Lottie enjoys playing lacrosse (for fun!), spending time with her pet alpacas and exploring the city’s nightlife.
