She plays a key role in supporting twentyAI's US operations and In2America's growth by ensuring smooth employee onboarding, accurate documentation, and responsive HR coordination.

Outside of work, she enjoys her son's baseball games and improv shows. Proud of her Puerto Rican roots, Barbara brings warmth, culture, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.
