The Opportunity
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will architect, build, and enhance sophisticated electronic trading platforms supporting pricing, execution, and risk management. You’ll collaborate closely with traders and risk professionals, helping shape system design and technical direction while ensuring performance, resilience, and scalability.
This role offers meaningful ownership of production-critical systems and the chance to influence long-term platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale trading and pricing systems
• Lead full-stack development across C#, C++, Python, and SQL Server environments
• Architect and enhance FIX-based market data and execution pipelines
• Integrate, normalize, and manage data from major electronic trading venues and market data providers
• Drive system performance, low-latency processing, scalability, and operational resilience
• Translate trading and risk requirements into robust technical solutions
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in C# and/or C++ with solid Python and SQL Server capabilities
• Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and electronic trading architectures
• Deep understanding of Fixed Income products and market structure
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and own complex, high-availability production systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders

• Experience within dealer, market-making, or electronic trading environments
• Familiarity with major market data platforms and trading APIs
• Exposure to SWIFT, messaging middleware, or low-latency system design
• Experience modernizing legacy trading platforms
• Understanding of clearing and settlement workflows, APIs, margin financing, repo, and funding processes
