twentyAI have partnered with a leading Private Bank in London who are looking for a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join their function. The role will report into the Head of Compliance and you will be covering advice on banking and payments within the advisory team. This is a unique opportunity where you will have the opportunity to own the roadmap for Compliance Advisory and help to bring efficiency into the function.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the lead compliance advisor on application of the FCA handbook, Payments Services regulation and UK law
  • Support the Head of Compliance with FCA and PRA engagement
  • Review communications and oversee reporting
  • Assist with establishing and implementing compliance frameworks
  • Reporting on compliance risk management
  • Owning and collaborating with functional teams on the implementation of regulatory and business change
  • Monitor the regulatory horizon for impacts on all aspects of the bank’s business.
EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years in a compliance advisory role with some leadership experience
  • Strong ability to execute and drive the compliance function
  • Knowledge with payments regulations essential
  • Strong knowledge of PRA/FCA requirements including consumer duty and conduct
  • Private or retail banking exposure
