Looking for a business analyst - someone who can lead requirement gathering sessions and provide tailored technical solutions in a client facing environment - will pass off technical requirements to the consultants - they do not need to be hands on 

Said he wants someone who he can train up - described it as P.H.D. - poor, hungry, and driven - would like them to be based out of Indy - need to confirm if remote is okay or not
