twentyAI are hiring for an experienced Client/Business Development Manager to join our London office.

We have a data first strategy and invest heavily in our own cutting –edge front to back technology which in turn enables us to deliver talent services. Our intention is to partner with clients of the exact same mindset, who are disruptive, innovative, want to be different and who are also investing heavily in their technology to pioneer products and services within their industry.

The role

The Client Development Manager forms part of our Client Performance team and you will be focussed on cultivating and developing relationships with current and prospective clients. It is a pivotal role for us as you will be protecting/ expanding existing business as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.

What you will be doing

  • Effectively seek out and build new and existing business sales opportunities with key stakeholders to create revenue generating opportunities for the sales teams
  • Manage client expectations, negotiate terms of engagement, and work with sales teams to ensure successful completion of process.
  • Ensure twenty’s full suite of talent services is being maximised
  • Adopt an informed and consultative approach to understand needs of clients.
  • Proactively seek feedback and critique on twenty’s performance from clients
  • Support all external activity for twenty’s D&I programme
  • Ensure regular communication with key clients
  • Pitch twenty’s services and win new clients by identifying opportunities or challenges

About you

  • Established B2B sales experience
  • Background in tech sales/recruitment role is advantageous
  • Evidence of selling a broad range of solutions and demonstrable results in cross-selling and up-selling
  • Track record of identifying, developing and expanding sustainable, valuable client relationships
  • Ability to be consultative, strategic and act as a true long-term partner to clients
  • Skilled in developing and managing excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excited by technology and the role data can play in forging the success of organisations and industry
