Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to hit Sales, Business Development and company incentives
• Client delivery: Focused on attracting and engaging clients
• Candidate delivery: Focused on working with Recruiters to fulfil client needs
• Originate, structure, and negotiate offers
• Leverage an innate intellectual curiosity and develop market knowledge

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Competitive and money-motivated with a strong billing track record
• A self-starter with a strong billing record, excited by the growth prospects of a dynamic team
• Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
• You enjoy a challenge as you are highly goal driven and have a desire to grow your professional career
