The brief:
This is a newly created mandate aimed at addressing growth-related information security gaps across the organisation. The successful candidate will bring both strategic and operational oversight to ensure compliance, governance, and resilience as the group expands. You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner and the local IT Manager to design and embed robust security frameworks aligned with best practice.

Ideal profile:

• Proven experience as a CISO /  Head of Information Security within a mid-market or PE-backed environment

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills

• Ability to balance hands-on advisory work with strategic board-level input
