The Company & Role

An international SAAS platform provider who has recently undergone substantial investment from one of the country’s leading PE firms is looking to dramatically expand their US HQ & hub in Austin.

 

With a highly-developed product and a strong sales team, the company is looking to grow from strength to strength in offering BIC 3rd party software solutions across the Leisure & Attraction space within the US, and the world and to keep up with their expansion plans, they are looking to build out their Customer Support function and build new processes to minimise customer downtime & delays, whilst maximising customer satisfaction & care.

 

This position will offer you the opportunity to truly design new processes to ensure a FTS, 24x7 support model to ensure the Mission Critical Application maintains uptime whilst also building ticket deflection processes to provide efficient support to their ever-widening customer base.

 

You will work with alumni from some of the leading tech businesses in the US, in a light-hearted, yet focused environment, to drive post-sales care & customer support, whilst leaving a legacy & mark on an exciting new software that can have impact for years to come in a business that truly puts people first.

 

Key Skills

  • 10+ years in customer support, with at least 5 in a leadership/management role
  • Demonstrable experience in building new processes in a SAAS business
  • Experience working with, and building global teams
  • Demonstrable history of building ticket deflection systems and have strong technical backgrounds
