The Role
Take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing practical, user-friendly dashboards and analytical reports that turn raw data into meaningful insights. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements, deliver high-quality outputs, and support day-to-day reporting needs. This hands-on role will see you working directly with data, building robust visualisations, ensuring data accuracy, and helping drive adoption of self-service analytics. You will play a key part in supporting data governance, improving performance across reporting assets, and ensuring users have access to reliable, well-structured information.

Key Skills
- Proven experience developing, maintaining, and improving dashboards and reporting solutions
- Strong technical skills with Tableau and, ideally, PowerBI
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, effective analytics outputs
- Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to understand and support operational needs
- Ability to optimise dashboards for performance and usability
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and resolving data issues
- Experience promoting self-service analytics through training and user support
- Strong relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work effectively during periods of change and adapt to evolving processes
- Demonstrated experience delivering hands-on analytics solutions within organisations undergoing transformation
