twentyAI are partnered with a well respected member of the accounting and assurance industry that is looking to strengthen it's position in the audit space by adding a career-minded Audit Manager to their team. This is a high-profile opportunity within our partners audit team. 

The ideal candidate would become a critical member of our partners audit business.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for management and oversight of the growing audit team which generally specializes in working with nonprofits, government contractors, manufactures, long term care providers, construction contractors, and professional service firms.
  • Manage and supervise audits, reviews and compilations. 
  • Oversees engagements, supervision, and training of staff and other key functions of the role.
  • Partners and communicates with teams across and up the business.
  • Occasional travel around the DMV as well as overnight travel out of town may sparsely be required.
Role Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • CPA Certificated Required
  • Requires 7+ years of experience in audit/accounting roles with a public accounting (CPA) firm
  • The ideal candidate will carry some tax return experience including 990, corporate, partnerships and individuals. 
  • Strong Computer/Excel Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience with CCH ProSystems Engagement/FX is a plus, but by no means required
