Role: 360 Resourcer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to hit standard tactics and company incentives
  • Work closely with 360 Recruiters to understand client needs
  • Utilize job boards and other recruitment tools to produce and maintain healthy candidate pipelines
  • Screen, qualify, and submit candidates to client opportunities
  • Perform job intakes for new and existing clients
  • Leverage an innate intellectual curiosity and develop market knowledge to obtain new business leads
  • Work cross functionally with other teams at Twenty to ensure jobs are filled quickly and accurately
  • Perform other duties as requested by 360 Division


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Some recruitment experience from a Staffing Firm, preferably focused on IT
  • Ability to commute and work in an office 2-3 days/week
  • Competitive and money-motivated
  • Desire to grow and foster a career focused on recruitment and account management
  • With a strong affinity to learn, your background provides evidence of continuous education and the ability to adapt to change
